Not sure I am with BT Yahoo Internet they do have a photo storage facility
which is where the images are at the moment, have sent an email explaining the problem but as yet no reply.

There should be a website allowance of something like 30Mb with BT. I think there's a web-based interface for uploading files, but I used the FTP access to directly upload photos with WS_FTP (free in the LE version from tucows.com).
