R1200S 2006 For Sale

Postby austinlegro » Sat Aug 08, 2015 5:46 pm

Apologies for the cluttered background as this is a bit of a knee-jerk advert.
Just returned from from a ride out where I happened to find myself drooling over a Ducati Scrambler in the dealer and just wouldn't be doing myself a service if I didn't make a snap decision to sell my 1200 and buy said Scrambler...

2006, Silver & Black, possibly Black & Silver, 14.5K miles. FSH to 14k miles. 11 months MOT, panniers, helibars, 6" rear rim, ABS, Heated grips, factory Akrapovic.
Fabulous condition, had to view 4 others with grot and flaking before I found this one. Just had the drive flange and fuel pump recall work done and a new battery for the summer.
I'd like £7995 so that I don't have to find any extra for the Scrambler but I'd no doubt settle for £5250 to be honest 'cos everyone else seems to ask that.
No rush, no hard sell, I'll probably have changed my mind by next weekend anyway. jp@pigs-might-fly.net

That's a nice one! Not a lot of miles, either!

I'd have a hard job parting with that one - for all they go for, to be honest.

Someone will buy it, who will be keen to ride it, perhaps come to Boxertrix weekends, and generally - enjoy it.... :)

That is inevitable and good to see.
