SOLD - BOS Decat Twin pipe exhaust system. £400.
Replaces the OEM cat and silencers. Carbon cans with mounting plate and hard points for standard number plate bracket. I may have a tail tidy somewhere. If I can find that in time, I'll throw it in. The lower mounting rubbers and O2 Sensor are not included as I need those to go back on. I dont think these are made anywhere anymore - I know I had to dig pretty hard to find this one and that was many years ago. I think Staintune had something very similar but i can only find 2nd hand ones of those listed and they are in the US.
SOLD - Dynojet Power Commander 3 USB Wide Band. PC part number 936-410. - £150
Complete with O2 Sensor (you cant use the OEM one). Good Condition - working fine, currently has a custom map for my build but is easy to re-program with any of the free maps from Dynojet that will suit your R11s. For a modest fee I'll throw in the laptop I use to do that as well.
SOLD - Custom HP2 Sport Style Billet Fork Yoke and lower brace with clip-on handle bars. £350
Originally made by Gus (formerly on BT), these are the dog-s dangly's. The are much thicker and stiffer than the OEM fork yokes and provide much better bracing for the forks, reducing flex. They also allow for for a higher handlebar position with is helpful for the larger rider. Certainly it made longer stints on the bike more comfortable for me. Also, unlike the stock Top yoke, they allow you to slide the fork through which provides a modicum of handling tuning. On the road, I used them all the way 'up' but at a couple of tracks, it helped to drop them down a few millimetres to tune the bike in a little. I can say that the combination of these and the lightweight wheels that I had on it made the bike turn and plant in a corner like a 600. However you use your 11S, they will enhance your bike and look amazing.
SOLD - Domino Quick Throttle. £25
Reduces the amount of rotation needed to fully open the throttle. This is a race part really because, on the 11s, you will need to remove the OEM switchgear to fit. See next item for more about that.
R1200s Brake and Clutch Master Cylinders with Shorty levers. £100
The R12s Brake master cylinder improved the braking no end after hours and hours of mucking about with new fluid and stainless lines and new cylinder seal kits and bleeding and bleeding and bleeding some more. Its not modified at all and these can be had (without the lever) from Motorworks for between 50 and £100. It also sits nicely with the Quick Throttle listed above. The Clutch Master cylinder has had the seals swapped out to be compatible with the DOT4 brake fluid used on the 11S. I don't know that it improves clutch operation as such I expect it was a little more consistent in extreme operation on the track (purely subjective tbh) and it did mean that I could do away with the bulky OEM master and switch gear for the clutch as well as the brake. Both have shorty levers and reservoirs.
SOLD - Lennies InDuct. £180
These are well regarded and proven to aid induction. I don't think you can buy them new any more either (happy to be corrected). In good condition but obviously used. It has marks consistent with being on a track bike but has no cracks.
