I now have the pleasure of working from an office facing the A14 slip road up to the Spittlals roundabout and am amazed at how often that road comes to a complete standstill. Thank feck I travel the opposite way to the majority.

Q1 has 59mb fixed memory, not a whole lot and quite limiting.
Q2 does not have that limitation, but like the Q1 it has a pretty small screen.
THey do run on batteries and for quite a long time.

Yep running solo. Riding buddy is a copper and I think he phoned it in while I checked the bike over but as for prosecuting the farmer, chances are slim. Anyway, the bike can still be ridden as it's mainly cosmetic and like you say I walked away.

This opens up the debate further in that some Forces were thinking of having the speed cameras set to the limit on that road and not with a bit added on for inaccuracy of vehicle speedometers. Therefore, you could be driving along at say 50mph by your speedo but in fact could be nicked for breaking ...
