New York in late September - any pointers?

The other half and I have been invited over to New York for a social event at the end of September. We are looking to make the most of the visit and spend about 10 days in the city. We are staying in a place next to Central Park (except for the weekend of the social event which is in Jersey Shore) b...

Would love to have headed back to Hawes again but Clare and I are away elsewhere that weekend.

Hope it stays dry.

2010 BMW 1200 GSA 18k miles

She has an array of extras fitted which I want to sell with the bike. FSH, MOT and currently about 18.5k miles. Fron...

Re: XR in the sun.

Very nice...how you finding chain adjustment/maintenance? Having had 5 BMW's I find it a pita on the Ducati even though the single side cam adjustment makes it easy. Fit a Scott Oiler, the E (electronic) version, works a treat. I have one on my CB1000R which I use as a commuter ands its grea...

That's lovely. If only the forks were black rather than the tacky gold.

The forks were thrown in from another BMW bike (I think the S1000RR); however I think that black forks are available on the scrambler version.

Yes, she is honing her skills. She has recently completed a degree in Commercial Photography and wants to persue land-scape work.

The sun was out that day between 10.08 and 10.13am :)
