Boxertrix stickers - Free

I have found a couple of the original Boxertrix stickers when having a clear out. They are only suitable for the 1100S.

I'll pop them in the post free to the first to PM me with your address (UK only).

Re: Farewell too

I've let my R1100S go to a new member so after nearly 2 years and 11,000 miles I'll be sorry to see it go but it's to a great new owner who will no doubt be on here. I'll be hanging around too. I'd love an 1200S one day but for now it's going to be an Aprilia Tuono Gen 1. Thanks for the help and co...

Re: 1100S heated grips

Hi Steve

They were always nice and hot on the old girl when I had her. (tested after the new grips fitted) the left one was always a bit slower to get up to temperature though.

Good luck sorting it.

My old R1100S would only start with the bike with the side stand up. This has been discussed before and it seems that it only applies to bikes built around 2000 - 2002 and even then not all do this.

hard wire a flying lead to the battery terminating just uner the seat area with a suitable female connector. Wire your battery tender with a suitable male connector and then just plug it in. Worked for me, I always kept the bike on charge and the original battery lasted 11 years before letting me do...

I have one you can have. I have no need of it since Britisherspy bought my S.

I've no idea what the postage costs will be but so long as you cover them it's yours.

Send me a PM with your details.

I had the bike I sold to Steve (Britisherspy) since it was two years old and it has never started on the side stand. As far as I'm aware all the 2002 models were the same. Can't speak for a...
