A early punt for any pointers that I might of missed or tips to aid a trouble free journey ..

I will be traveling from the South of England to Gib' July next year... meeting up with friends for a few scoops [5 days] then ride back.

Via Folkstone.. used before found it easy ...

Lazyitus aside ... yep 12.6 Volts .. Axillary plug ... anyone got one for sale... missed the one on e,bay ...

Also Ive visited all the meeting places on either a Saturday or Sunday and as of yet have yet to see another R1100s ...

It aint that cold surely...

Ive bought a R1100S 02' 42 k on the clock

Ive had a few early Boxers so I'm pretty O.K. with them. just fancied a modern model for the benefits that comes with one.

It came with a plug hanging out from the offside to attach a Optimate. I have one so ...

would like advice from any owners on the running of these motorcycles.

Live in Hampshire area can do Bury hill, Newlands corner ect ect.
