I wonder if any one has any ideas about surging below 3000rpm, the bike is a 2000 R1100s, remus exhaust K&N filter new plugs and recent service by North Oxford BMW did not do it before, at least not aware of it then. But very aware of it now. Also back fire on over run not all the time though ...

I have a R1100S and i have fitted the ventura rack this along with the BMW panniers. they both fit well together i have been two up with the wife all her bits and bobs plus camping spent a week in the Isle of Man. it carried all we needed does not look ugly and fits very well.
