Even if there is no movement there is still a centre of potential rotation. There is still movement on the molecular level, you just don't have the resolution to see it. If you heat the bolt so it releases, the torque hasn't changed. The fulcrum is the bolt, the torque is the force applied to it via...

Yep, thats the collector I've got. Currently the dent across the bottom of the box is about an inch deep - so must have been doing it for a while. Going by the Remus bumpff, the size of the collector is important. Pity, a simple tube with flattened area around the stand cross-strut area would be tid...

R1150 fairing.

Will the fairings off any of the other models fit?

I would prefer not to have the engine covered unless required :)

If not, then how feasible would it be to cut the fairing above the heads, adding brackets if required?

Exhaust

Ok, My R1150RS has a remus titanium endcan and what I assume is a custom collector box and standard downpipes, will this be producing improvents over standard or is it just bling? My main question: How big does the collector box need to be (shape and volume)? Mine looks similar to a small car box, b...

That sounds like what I get on the us fische site.
Find the bit I want, copy the part number, go back to the top, select search, paste the part number and it lists every model that uses it.

But it would be easier if I could install in locally and not have to rely on a web connection :)

I'm with Herb on this. In my case I went through the banter section and commented on posts where I normally wouldn't bother, just to get my post count up. It would make more sense to me to just require that you create a thread in the about me section, even if it's just to say that you've got a box o...

But if your bike(s) where listed under location on the left, that would help.

Personally, if a query is bike specific, I've started putting the model in brackets after the title.

I'm easy and I give as good as I get :)

If I spot an idiot I'll announce it and expect everyone else to do the same.

The world would be pretty boring if we were all right all the time.

The list looks a lot better before the forum removes all extra spaces, admin may want to correct that.

Hope he doesn't attend any rallies that I go to.
He'd spend all weekend tripping over his bottom lip :)
