First off what is a GSW?

On my first GS I had a Touratech clip on deflector which worked extremly well.

I now have a GS Adventure, the clip on deflector gives the same feeling as the Adventure screen

Also known as a GSLC - the newer liquid assisted cooling model.

Thought Neil did a good job. Mel and James were awful though. Mel knew nothing, obviously hasn't done enough research to present the subject matter, and James is just so wooden.

Whitham would have been good in the box, but I think Neil works well at the pit and will no doubt get some good comments ...

I've ordered a couple of the MRA touring screens, so will see if they offer any more real world protection - fingers crossed.

Nice looking bikes - I really enjoyed riding in Oz ( I preferred the fire trails tbh) but a little concerned re: their zero tolerance for speeding, given we have lots of areas with no speed limits over here.

Very happy to say we are adding yet another BMW twin to the fold - so early next week we will have another R1200S Sport on the island. Looks like TT 2014 is going to be a very good year for BMW after all

More power is nice, but its also fine to have a bike you can use all the available poke on without having electronics kick in or the arse coming round to meet you, You'll probably end with a faster average on the S because they're so good for real world riding 8)
