Re: Planned trips ...?

On one of the ride outs with the simmer dim we ended up at a chaps house who in the grounds of his property had a massive sealed out building that housed so many classic bikes id hate to guess the value. I'm sure he turns up at the show with some bikes. you could ask if you could take a visit. I did ...

Re: Planned trips ...?

[quote="JamesL"]Well I'll be off to Shetland for the annual puffin hunt in June.

Before that, in March I'll be in Tasmania aboard an F750GS, looking forward to it. We did a family road trip there a year or so ago and the roads seem made for motorbikes so I'm off for a Phase 2. Hopefully I'll get a ...

Re: Moto GP starting to rekindle the fire

As a side note im well into WSB. Toprak Razgatlioglu is such a naturally gifted rider the way he slides the bike into the fast bends is a joy to watch. BMW went all out to poach him from Yamaha and he`s not disappointed. Hope Jonny Rae can get the Yamaha to work, would be a shame for him to fade ...

Re: U.K. Clean Air Zone

It will make no difference if Khan gets back in (hope not) as of 2025 all vehicles including electric will have to pay so i would think any city with a charge would follow suit, especially Bristol.

Re: R1200S Misfire troubleshooting - Bristol

Usually a bad earth gives you the symptons of a flat battery and just get a clicking from the starter button. Had this with the bcr but ran fine from a bump start but cleaning the earth to frame cured the clicking and all back to normal.
