R1200S - lowering the suspension for short people

Ok... I'm resigned to being short. I had an R1100S which was just about as tall a bike as I would wish to own. It was also jus about as sport-bike-like positioned as I would wish. The R11S, sadly, is "no more" as I totaled it five years ago.

I'm looking for new bike and find that the R1200S ...

K1200R Sport

That's "funny", because my fall-back thought was the K1200S or K1200R Sport with the low seat option. I find the KS to be prettier than the KR sport as the radiator shroud is somewhat hidden. The disadvantage for me of the K1200 series compared to the R1200S is related to the longer wheelbase and ...

seat height question...

(near) trivial question:

I used to have an R1100S... until I totaled it about 5 years ago. I'm about to buy a replacement and get back into riding but am concerned about sat height as I'm fairly short (inseam 30") and would like to ba able to (at least almost ) flat foot at stops.
